The address details, helpline details and Social Sharing Icons can be edited from the left hand WordPress Menu > Settings > Theme options (bottom of the list, see below).

Helpline options listed in the footer can be edited from the second tab.

This table show the names/number and links for each of the helplines. They can be edited here, deleted by using the minus icon that appears whilst hovering over the end of the row area, or added using the plus icon that appears in the same area or by pressing the blue ‘Add Row’ button.
