In memory of Taskforce supporters

We remember those who have sadly died this year who have contributed their story to help benefit the lives of others with lung disease.

Rt Hon James Brokenshire MP who encouraged and supported the Taskforce from the very beginning, attended our awareness-events and regularly spoke out about his own experience of being diagnosed and treated for lung cancer. As a life-long non-smoker he was particularly committed to challenging the misconception that lung disease is associated only with smokers.
